Has anyone watched this film yet? A few of us are going to see it tonight. Hope it is not another episode of Hollywood cocking up history. Liam Neeson is in it, good actor IMO. Please don't turn this thread into a religious slanging match.

has to be the most boring film I have ever seen in my life..
Way to drawn out, some of the fight scenes are good and Orlando is fit but beyond that its really crap.....

i have seen 'HH guide to the galaxy' last week and it was pure raw shiite IMO, hopefully this will be better than that, but yeah i don't like it if films drag on a bit, but i like that part of history, quite interesting, so it might help. Orlando is fit, good, good.

Hitchhikers is deadly KT, I have been severely warned off Kingdom of Heaven though. And while I understand it's not his acting you appreciate Orlando Bloom is one of the most bland and one-dimensional actors around today.

Sounds like religious propaganda to me, so this is the sort of title that makes me want to not see the movie. Maybe I'm wrong though... Best religion-based movies for me are The Exorcist and The Magdalene Sisters. Class, each in their own way. Both masterpieces in their own style.

I know what you mean, my flatmate loved HHGTTG, but it is not my type of film at all. Well, back from watching Kingdom of Heaven. Orlando Bloom looked lovely in it, much better than in Lord of the rings. But I have to agree I am not at all impressed by his acting, I was ****ssed off when Liam Neeson died (sorry to spoil that for anyone) I love Neeson, he is a great actor. The battle scenes were great, but I felt there was something missing from the film, but overall it was good, but not excellent..
