Sh1t jersey either way 😀 hopefully no damage done as no jerseys were ever supplied. Board didn't come out looking good but on the upside we got loads of free publicity.

Its a classic #greatestleagueintheworld moment but no one will see the publicity around the climb down so all the positive stuff around the publicity is still positive for Bohs.
On balance the board look a bit like eejits for approving it without getting proper legal advice but on a scale of 1-10 of daft things that bring the league into disrepute this is strictly in the 1 or 2 range with 10 being Athlone betting scandals and Bray North Korea at around 8

Not even in Bohs top 5 screw ups never mind the League 😁
Embarrassing for the Board - just as well none were actually sold ! Will be interesting to see how many of the presale seek refunds and how many take the new (equally awful &#128513 shirt

Also, the image on the jersey is not of Bob Marley but a Rastafarian individual (an image bought from a website). The new board at Bohs are very savvy with this type of thing and you would be deluded to think they did not check to see if they would be in any way shape or form open from a legal perspective. But look, jealously was always going to creep into this from other clubs (particularly Dublin) so keep hoping there's going to be legal action against Bohs, you may be waiting a while!

The jersey has sold more than our home and away combined for the last 2 years. So how won't we do well out of it? Will it break the internet and sell millions, meaning we can buy Dalyer and redevelop it outright and be able to compete with Dundalk? No!
Will it be the best selling jersey in the league? Most definitely. It looks good too.

Think Pats at this stage are just desperate to create a rivalry with someone. Bohs have Rovers and Shels ahead of Pats. Rovers have us and possibly a few teams at the top. Pats just sitting there trying to be noticed. Simmer down
I don't know which one of these responses is funnier in hindsight, but then I'm just deluded and obsessed

Very fortunate to have received the cease and desist before the jersey went into production. Predictable and embarrassing after a relatively good season on and off the pitch

Maybe we can pay Bohs a commission for their customers who wish to transfer their orders from Bob to Jim

Is the colour scheme slightly lighter or is just the photos being different?
The first one has a kind of Jamaican colour scheme while the newer one appears to be Cameroonian?
    Or am I gone mad.

I think you may be taking it way way too seriously 😳 apparently the only change is the fist replacing Bob Marley

They don't appreciate political symbols and Bohs statement confirms that it is political.

It would be hilarious if Bohs had to pull the jersey to replace the one that they had to pull in the first place.

At the risk of defending the Bozo's how is it political ?
A clenched fist is emblematic of black power or solidarity but not exclusivly so, it could be just a clenched fist of determination. think they should be ok.

Bohs claim the symbol represents "resistance". They will struggle to convince UEFA that that is not political.
