I think they decided that the second placed seeds were playing the third placed unseeded teams in each group - or something like that.

Not really on seeds. There's 5 seeds, then "randomly" assigned a number 1-5. The non-seeds are assigned 6-10.

Debrecen are decent, but still, that's not a scary draw. Cliftonville drew 0-0 and lost 2-0 to them a couple of years ago.
