    Info for Tolka friday

City PRO Terry Barrett just on 96fm.

City have been told by Shels that we are go to the Ballybough end (behind the goal), that suits me but I assume if it's p!ssing rain they'll allow us to go to the Riverside?
Apparently security will be very very tight at the game!

The club are expecting 500 to 600 City fans to travel.
    Ian's 3 buses were mentioned.
Also said there are huge numbers travelling by road, rail and air.

Behind the goal is where we'll unless the rain us absolutly pouring down.

What's the betting Shels "extra tight security" will start pushing City fans around the place andyway and end up causing a bit of hassle instead of preventing it?!

We were talking about this last night and I think that we all (4 of us!) agreed that the riverside is better.
    a) wont get pneumonia (its pi$$ing down at the mo)
    b) you get better amplification when chanting and
    c) you get a better view
As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.

    Lads,
Defo should go to the riverside stand
    a) create more noise under the roof
    b) it's going to be pi$$ing if this evenings weather up here is anything to go by and the forecast is cat for the next few days.

    .................................................. .....

If it is raining and there is shelter .... then i will be under the shelter, FFS ...... if everyone gets in there then we'll put enough pressure on from there. Away games are always more vocal etc. .... there is no worries lads.

So its basically this of this !!

I know the one i'm picking .... and it aint the first !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Behind the goal is great but you know half the crowd will go to the Riverside regardless. Everyone making noise under that roof and we cant go wrong.

There'll be so many of us there that the roof will be irrelevant.
We all went behind the goal last season so I don't see why people should go to the Riverside regardless.... unless it's p!ssing rain of course!

Security will be tighter than when we usually go up, not because they are expecting trouble but rather they are expecting a bigger crowd in Tolka than a usual friday night.

We've to go in the Ballybough entrance which means we will have acess to the Ballybough End stand (behind the goal) or the Riverside Stand.

Behind the goal might l;ook good if it's on TV otherwise that end has absolutely no plus points. As for the team seeing us all behind the goal when they are attacking, I'd much prefer if they were watching the ball!!!!

I'm going to the Riverside for shelter and to create a better atmosphere and to prevent myself from getting hypothermia

If you're there early then you'll get parking close to the ground (Richmond Road). If not then the somewhere in the estate behind Fagans might be the best bet.
