I renewed the fantasy premier league one again, so I presume most people are in already. Any new folk wish to join it's called foot.ie and the code to join is 255188-73095.

Oops! - I was unaware of that.

Although, aside from pride, there's no real prizes in that game. The dreamteam game is also free and the prize fund is significant.

It's no bother. The more the merrier, the other game has been going a good few years and your post just reminded me to put it up again.

So how are your teams shaping up?

    At the moment I'm going with;

    Jaaskelainen

    A Cole
    N Shorey
    Hangeland

    Bale
    Ramires
    Yaya
    A Song

    Bent
    Torres
    Tevez

    Bench
    Cerny

    Santos
    Britton
    McCartney

3 million in the bank so changes almost inevitable when panic sets in later.

    Krul

    Lescott
    Riise

Silva (Also in as a midfielder)
    Bale
    Ramsey

    Holt
    Tevez

    Bench:
    Jaaskelainen
    Coloccini

Didn't realise they were by year, probably best left alone then.

I've signed up Sammo again. The rest is irrelevant.

Actually, I've done what I do every year and signed a rake of Irish players cos they're cheap. Which happens to be for a reason. So I've Duff, Stephen Ireland, Sammo, Ian Harte (for old time's sake, and maybe a free kick or two) and will probably hope for a few Richie Dunne bonus points when he gets back from injury.

So I'll be nowhere in this.

I have fallen into that trap previously. Dunne scores a lot of OGs.

He does get a massive amount of bonus points though (and that's fact, not just thinking he's great cos he's the Dunny Monster). Though the last two years weren't so great, but you'd imagine they can only improve this year with a new manager. Either that or he's finished. Also, the site gives him one og each of the last three years, and none before that. Not too shabby.

For what it's worth, my team is -

    Szczesny

Joey O'Brien (had completely forgotten he existed till last night; signed him more or less for that reason)
    Walker
    Evra

    Scholes
    Duff
    Toure
    Ireland
    Bale

    Podolski
    Aguero

    Subs
    Reina
    Kompany
    Harte
    Sammon

Joined the league there lads....been playing fantasy for years...no idea how I've never come across the foot league...
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

That's a serious total to be fair. I'm pleased enough with my 15th place. Easily the best season I've had overall in fantasy football. Still didn't win my money leagues though

Really wish I was in more money leagues, would have made a fortune. Got free membership from my local gym which costs €350 so happy with that
