I suppose it depends on the two sides that are put out. I'd imagine that Ireland will start with their strongest team and make 4 or 5 changes in the second half so they should win the game. Any news on whether Roy has pulled out of the squad yet ?
Any predictions of the result?
I am thinking a 2:0 win but I will have to do some homework
first and have an idea of the teams.
From what I remember Rominia are a pretty decent side.
If I am feeling brave I might put my £20 free bet on it

Reckon it'll be tight enough game, Romania are a decent side and our squad is looking relatively inexperienced, can't see them winning at Lansdowne, can't really see us winning by more than the odd goal. What are the odds on 2-2?
At the present rate of injuries, I expect we'll be fielding an EL select. (or ?)Originally Posted by tetsujin1979
I half expect us to win, but who knows how good these guys are. They beat Germany 5-0 a few months ago.
know nothing about Romania to be honest, hard to judge them against Germany too. a score draw that gave us a look at a few prospects with a good atmosphere would do me fine.
Kerr said that Roy is recovering well and is expected to play. We have to retain our unofficial world cup aswell!

I think I will go for a 2:0 win at 8-1
3-0 at 22-1 is tempting though (but optimistic), so small side bet .
