    Ask, probably!

Peter McMahon was booked for UCD. But it could turn into a very long and boring thread.

I don't think any site anywhere keeps track of that.

    ..

So in the UCD game just one booking?

Well Ireland is exceptional in not naming the yellows anywhere

Walk the Chalk used to carry all such detail, but I see no stats for the weekend.

    Hi

    Stann thanks,

gaillimh.....can you tell me which clubs these players are?

    i have now:

    Waterford - Fingal

    Byrne (Fingal)
    Quigley (Fingal)

    Longford - Monaghan

    McCartney (Longford)
    Sheridan (Longford)
    McCartney (Longford - RED)

    UCD - Limerick

    McMahon (UCD)

Then the question is also if the McCartney red was a double yellow or a yellow-direct red

I think livescore.com gives info such as yellow cards but only as the match is going on.

McCartney got a yellow, McCarthy got a straight red.

For Athlone Town, at least Emeka Onwubiko got a yellow. Can't remember if there were others.

Surely there's a user for each LoI club on the board? Could we not all agree to take one set of stats and have one fan per club update it each week, and keep it in a similar thread to the attendances one?
By stats I mean a bit more than the sort you'd see in the programme, but the sort of stuff you can't find online easily in the way you can with the English leagues.

    Appearances in league/cups/europe
Goals scored, maybe even another category with types of goals scored, outside box, header etc.
    Clean Sheets and against who
    Assists incl. winning a peno
    Yellow/Red Cards
    Times of goals
    etc

It wouldn't take much work if you just had to update each category by one or two changes once a week.

Just to keep you straight here IJsbrandij, there are two Byrnes in the Fingal squad, Conan and Philip, the one booked was Conan Byrne.

    Thanks

Yep we are trying to solve all stats. We collect them after the games - for our website. But historically Ireland is problematic.

This is what we already have. Fingal will be the next one.

And Premier we try to collect yellow minutes, but almost undoable:

Looks good. Just a quick thing in relation to the 2nd link above, Shelbourne are from Dublin but Dublin is not part of the name so it's just Shelbourne

    Brilliant otherwise.
