Someone asked "Anyone read Menton's book ..............."

got it, read it, laughed at it, put it away

I ahem, acquired a copy last week, its the geatest whinge I have ever read. Menton is just liek teh rest of them, he'd stab anyone in the back to get his way and then cries and cries about people being out to get him....what the **** did you expect.

The last chapter about his removal is a load of ****e, in the space of 2 paragraphs he tells us that all he wanted to do was step down and leave the FAI, but then boasts about spending 14 months doing **** all - the Euro 08 bid/ licencing, of which he says zero about his contributions, while taking the FAIs money for siting on his arse, whats worse he boasts about how he has fleeced them and may yet take legal action despite absolutely loving his new job with the Asian FA.

He goes into great details to proive he was right about Eircom park, how it would have left the FAI with no money, and how the Bertie Bowl was a better option - perhaps, however he never acknowledges that we now have no money, no EP and no Bertie bowl, perhaps he should have gotten his super super investigators to price teh national stadium rather than undermining those who were attempting to build something.

Finally he reminisces about how much he loves Home Farm....I wonder if the schollboys, parents, managers, administrators etc at Home Farm give a ****e, he used them , moved on and forgot the existed.

Menton had no balls. fullstop.
