Don't know if there are any rules/guidelines about posting photos on here, but how to do it is select the direct address of the image, and paste it using the little yellow mountain icon.
Some photo hosting site will generate a little bit of code to paste direct into a post.

Boston Celtics mascot Lucky appears on the big screen to fire the crowd up at the TD Banknorth Garden for a game against the Milwaukee Bucks in November.
