Who is the ref that is suspended,and by whom? His own society and if so why did mccann leave if other ref is suspended?anyone know is this suspension is indefinite?

see my post on 14th may (no. 1848) for the answer. Lets just say he is rated in the same position as where west ham finished in the season just gone! He is refusing to referee while Mr 'good hand in poker' is still on the roster.

Still doesn't answer why he's suspended,knew I hadn't seen him round in a while,is he the only ref that won't ref or is their more?there was a good few in pike club few weeks ago with him.

If that new rule is true it will be great for lower clubs to have a chance of winning a trophy.

can anyone confirm that Dave Ryan, young Eddie Donovan, Connor Kavanagh, Wayne Colbert and Jason Hughes have all signed for Athlone town, just heard it this morning

pa mullins will be flat out playing gaa with saint pats this summer thats probably main reason he is not stepping up to league of ireland level

Might be showing loyalty to his club as well,loves the auld gaa as well though,anyway good luck to him,I'd say Limerick were very dissapointed,top top player.

its true denis has family commitments he has done a very good job for carew and has left them in very good condition. everyone of the players nominated albert for the job. regardless what some people might think of albert he was a top top player in this town for years in his day he knows the game inside out his knowledge of the game is excellent. i wish him all the best in his first year of managment.
