Depends were you are. If you are in the city I would recommend the All Sports Bar in Temple Bar.
With Sky Sports showing all the games on digital with skysports xtra it's bound to be on in there.
Or try and see it in someones home if you know anyone who has sky in Dublin. Otherwise check a few bars in the city.
It'll be difficult to find one though with Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea all in action tonight, but there are French and Spanish stations available on some of ther multichannel packages and these often have Champion leagues games too.
