We were outstanding for the 1st 20 mins but for the remaining 80 mins we were crap! How we scored two i'll never know!![]()
Agree with you on that

LESS OF THE BULL NOW!
Puts a whole new perspective on our season, cant wait till Galway next week they"ll be hurt after 2nite and need to be punished further. This game needs major advertisment if they wont come out for this nothing will bring them back..Lash of drink for it as we seem to be scoring again we might get something to shout about.
I cannot understand the major downturn in form from last season. I agree whole heartedly, we need to promote the game big time, but guys, can someone chat with Hendo. His tactics are not working at all. We cannot be employing this defensive formation of 4-5-1 any longer.
We have nothing left to defend. If we want to stay up, we have to fight and chase down every ball. Need to here more voices on the pitch with everyone talking to eachother.
Come on Rams, and more so, Come on Hendo and give us something to shout for.
You might wanna read that and have a rethinkWe were outstanding for the 1st 20 mins but for the remaining 80 mins we were crap! How we scored two i'll never know!
How much extra time was there?
Looking forward to next week. Both sides need to win and both sides are running out of games. Could be a right battle.
If YOU are not part of the solution,
YOU ARE part of the problem
Whoops!!!.......What I meant to say is 20mins and the remaining 70 mins obviously!
Can't ya???...........seriously!
There is one reason and one reason only as to why our form is so poor............Too much sh!te going on off the pitch.........never have things been so bad there
LESS OF THE BULL NOW!
Robbery, I don't think it was a penalty either but will wait to see it on tv before buying the can of petrol and box of matches.
R14, what game were you watchin lad? Both teams were muck, to say ye were "outstanding" in the first 20 minutes is downright laughable.
Both teams will be lucky to avoid the drop.
To blame off-field problems as yer only problem is just a load of balls. There is a huge gulf in standards between 1st Div and the Premier, the four teams at the bottom are there simply because they don't have enough quality.
Best of luck for the rest of the season lads but unfortunately I reckon we'll be playing ye again next season in the 1st Div.
still hanging in there but have to say i agree 442 is what we are about and against galway we really have to go for it , s**t or bust lads
We control by attitudes positive mental attitudes not by rules.
another question what happened kenny coleman that he didnt travel is he injured? he is a big game player and hopefully he will be right for galway game![]()

The defender who conceded the peno admitted in the after match interview it was a clumsy unacceptable challenge, besides our luck has been shocking so we deserved it either way!! Agree with the 4-4-2 for Galway the signs are up already so credit where its due we need it in the News-Letter and maybe a piece in the Inside Cobh could help.
Not a bad result(2-2), very poor performance(by both teams!).
Crackin goal for Harps 1st one.
Kavanagh deserves the credit for his 'Dirk Kuyt' like performance. He battled all day and deserved his equallising goal(even if he did scuff the shot).
At the end of the day was/will 1point be good enough - i had said before this game we needed 6pts from games vs Harps & Galway, to be talking about avoiding relegation.
Masssssssssssssssssssssssive game next week at home - hopefully we can get a crowd at St. Colmans, get behind the team and be vocal(positively) and hopefully spur on the team to a massive performance!!!![]()
I know I will get ate for saying this, but I have heard a lot of people saying the €15 is very expensive if going with a family etc. How about reducing the fee to €10 and go through the streets of Cobh with a public address to announce the game etc. I would rather see 1000 attending at € 10 a go and than just 300 at € 15. Is this possible??
yes, but if they didnt come for tenner before, why would they come now, you could try it for a game or two and see what happens, i dont think it will make a difference, its not about money, it about mindsets![]()

On the contrary, it is a lot about money. Why would anyone want to spend € 15 to see the type of football that is been dished out at the moment???
And also in the current economic climate, €15 can be a lot of money to people especially if they are bringing children too. To justify €15, you need to be providing good entertainment both before, during and after the games. A better PA is essential and then the match announcer can create an atmosphere with good music etc.
I personally think a lot of other clubs would agree that €15 is too expensive. Why not the clubs agree the fees??
well think of it this way, the players just took a 30% pay cut, and suddenly wer'e dropping entry prices by a 1/3, now if your a player how does this look,
your stuck for cash but are dropping prices, it doeant matter if its an experiment, your better off getting the 700-900 customers paying 15 each rather than 700-900 paying a tenner i dont really know many people that would be put off by a fiver or 10-15 with kids every second week, people are a lot more wastefull than this
