Was told earlier my friend's partner had a minor heart attack this week. Three years younger than me, lost a load of weight in the last few years, walks their dog every day

Never know with this type of thing sadly. It’s a thing you hear a lot about people who actually do take care of themselves and still are affected by issues. In Croatia this weekend and the government here should tell their citizens to look after themselves the levels of smoking is insane, every pub you have to sit in a cloud , just crazy with the information out there on the effects of smoking.
