Dunny, it scares me how alike we are sometimes!!
Just watching Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and there was this canadian comedian Stewart Francis, god he was funny. Still chuckling.

That's were we differ! I find McIntyre one of the most unfunny people ever, just like that fool Jason Byrne!

RE the moral dilemma. I think you should talk to someone who knows the law but won't charge you for their informal advice. My own thought is that you should contact him, tell him the situation (loads of valuable stuff, no child support for two months), and tell him that he as two choices here - pay up what is due and undertake to continue to do so, or realise that the proceeds of the sale of his stuff (obviously only sell that which you don't want to keep for the kids) will be used to legally extract the cash.
This would all be dependent on the laws of the land on the matter of paying up (which I believe have improved), and his means to pay up.
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.
Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!

I dont find McIntyre funny, it was the Canadian guy that made me chuckle!
I am already persuing things through the courts and hope to have a resolution next Monday so will hold off until then to decide what to do. Thanks Mr Bluebeard.
On a totally separate note, I am meeting the Canadian Ambassador today!
Seems the Beatles were wrong....you can buy love! Well if the complete and utter love and adoration in my sons eyes when I gave him tickets to Greenday for his birthday this morning was anything to go by! Shaking and tears in his eyes while telling me how much he loves me and how am the best mum in the world was unreal.
So if any of you have connections with MCD, the O2 or Greenday and want to make my son's life even better and can help me get him to meet them please please help!
I know. Its just Billie Joe is his idol and mentor. He is learning to play guitar and bass so that he can be like him someday. I am an "all about the memories" mum. I would rather spend €120 on the tickets to Green Day and give him the best day ever than buy him computer games etc.
I'm gonna take the day off work and give him the day off school and we are going to try and stake out their hotel and the O2 for the day in the hope that he gets to meet them and if not at least we will have had a fun day trying!
'm sitting here drawing and i dont feel like it buy i have to do it anyway because if i dont my life wont be worth living!![]()
No I am a she but my son, strangely enough is a he!
Hopefully by the time he joins here that will be well consigned to the past.
Met Kenny Egan last night.

I have a massive bruise on my upper thigh from "sleep running" into a desk in my bedroom last nite. Am in agony!
