Finished installing it this afternoon, so pretty excited about it. Mark Thomas (not that familiar with him myself, but he's funny and famous, apparently) is heading the press launch on Thursday.

Only noticed this now, looks great bud.

My degree shows opening on the 1st of June and I've only just about decided whats what. My god the cost of printing and framing can be astronomical.

There's only one thing I really hate about my girlfriends birthday. I'm usually broke.

just tell her you've already given her the best present any girl could ever wish for so nothing else you would buy could compare..

    I hate grading assignments.

Just the 250+ left to mill through between now and the end of the month.

Shameless plug for my brothers business venture that he starts up this Saturday. Bloody brilliant idea and now in Ireland, I'd love to give it a go myself. Would love if a few of you budding Tiger Messi's would go out and support him. It's getting great coverage!

Footee is a bit like testing the football skills of Lionel Messi on an undulating golf course with Rory McIlroy as his caddie.

Footee is a top class novelty sports game that blends two of the world’s best and most popular sports – football and golf. It is a competitive, skilful and addictive sports game that mixes the passion and strength of football with the elegance and tradition of golf.

It's played on a 12-hole golf course by groups or individuals but instead of swinging golf clubs and hitting golf balls, players kick footballs.

The game rules are identical to golf – each hole carries a par (3, 4 and 5) and the aim is to get the football into a (bigger) hole in as few shots as possible. The scores from each hole are accumulative and the player with the lowest score at the end of the round wins. The usual golfing lingo applies; bogeys, birdies and eagles, with the exception of a hole in one which is now called a "goal in one"

Situated just 5 minutes from the M50 at the old Dublin City Golf Club, Ballinascorney, Tallaght, Dublin 24, Footee is opening for business this Saturday, the 4th of May at 12:00pm.

A round of footee costs between €10 and €15 depending on peak times, with further discounts for students and unemployed people. You can rent a football for €2.50 or you can simply bring your own.

Due to the Gaelic skills involved and the use of holes, shouldn't it be called Gaylic Football?

I think this act of stupidity most certainly deserves the laughs it asks for.

I'd appreciate some opinions on relationships with notable age gaps. What would you find acceptable? What's too much? etc...

I'm talking about 21 and over.

There's actual rules about these things - Half your age, plus 7.
If you attack me with stupidity, I'll be forced to defend myself with sarcasm.

    I'm 29 which gives me a range of 21.5-44

My last ex is 6 years older than me and the youngest person I ever had a proper relationship was 4 years younger than me to the day.

I reckon an exceptable range is 4 years either side of yourself. Anything outside that I couldn't see working generally.

I have talked to 21-23 yo girls in bars and tbf I have almost zero regards similar interests or wants. Waste of time to be honest.

I don't think there's a rule for this. It's got to be done on a case by case basis. I've gone out with someone six years older than me and it was a hindrance, but I was 19 at the time. I'm 24 now and wouldn't be put off dating a 30 year old. I'd probably feel a bit weird about someone in their mid thirties or under 20.

For what it's worth, my sister's fiancee is 8 years older than her, though I think it's more common for a girl to be younger than the guy than the other way around.

Shameless plug; feel free to skip the first paragraph (I didn't want to start a thread):

Firstly, I'm moving into freelance copywriting- websites, brochures, leaflets, emails and the like. I'm starting to put together a portfolio, so if anyone wants any kind of professional writing for their own business, or that of anyone they know, I can offer pretty good rates at the moment. PM moi for info.

Secondly, to make up for the dull first half of this post, please enjoy this image:
