Probably havnt a hope but they're just back from Sweden so will in all probability rest a few, who knows? Should be a great night and a great advert for the club. As long as we play well like we did v shels i'll be pleased.
The biggest game in our short history as a club.
Don't think we will win but should be a great occasion cameras at ground for first time (there for MNS) hopefully a good crowd, ticket sales going ok.
What do people think?

I'm just looking for a good performance, a great athmosphere and everyone watching on MNS to see what a great set up we have.
Hopefully the weather holds off

Good football played by Both sides in atrocious conditions (though not underfoot). Your goal was superb.

Good to hear positive reports. Any idea of the crowd? My Da was there but he's pretty useless with estimating that kind of thing. Pity about the awful weather.
Pat's are a very classy team, I happened to be out with a League of Ireland premier division player yesterday and he expected the Youths to lose by 7 or 8. I told him it'd be 3-1!
Hopefully the lads can raise their game for Monaghan, they seem to have no problem against the top teams, but too often they don't show up for games like this.
I believe Shane Sinnott could make his debut against the Mons. Conor's older brother, was unlucky not to make the initial squad last year by all accounts.
I'm due to do my driving test again shortly and if I pass I'll be down for a home game before the end of the season!
Looking forward to MNS tonight, they payed a visit to a couple of the players houses so should be an interesting highlight package.

Tallaght Stadium Regular
Passing, I'd guess just under 1,000. Stand was completely full but we got drenched anyway as the rain was coming straight in. First goal we gave away was brutal. Gavin Doyle got a real cracker to bring it back to 2-1 and we had some pressure to get the equaliser until Pats killed the game off at 3-1.
Thought JFOC, Patsy, Pa and Conor Sinnott were our best players. Pats played some lovely football and were very impressive in their tackling, too.
yeah our grounds man does a great job in fairness he was out last night after the game mending the pitch
really enjoyed game despite weather thought we acquitted ourselves well looked very good at times we need to turn this into points though starting with Friday in Monaghan.
Thought Pa Doyle was excellent in the goal and Sinnott had one of his best games in a while Murphy looked disinterested though not sure about him at all lately.
official attendance was 882 so night in it not bad at all

Once we scored we were a different team! The next challenge now is to play like that against Monaghan on Friday. If we do, we'll be fine. Not sure about Paul Murphy though. I know he wasn't fully fit, but he looked as though he would rather have been anywhere else.
The shoes off, pink jerseys and Italy keepers jersey are class. What a club![]()
