Sean Malee - Galway Utd
At a poker tournament a couple of years ago was beside some lad from Kilmaine who was keeper for Athlone last season. His surname was Kelly. He advised me to take a big plunge on Athlone to get promoted at something like 12/1. Thankfully i didnt bother.

"Being Irish, he had an abiding sense of tragedy which sustained him through temporary periods of joy."
Sean Kelly - Left back at Sligo
Castlebar man Ollie Cunningham was our goalkeeper for 2 years in the 90's.
Was Adrian Cregg from Mayo?
Nobody knows us, we don't care
Nope, Adrian is from my town in Roscommon (just about, the evil mayo border is within shouting distance!)
Roddy Collins, the biggest <insert as appropiate> in Irish Football.
Is Keneth O'Malley from Mayo ?
I think he played on goal for Sligo a couple of years ago.
