I've just heard that the players are to appear in this dream team shambles..the club agreed to it today. Apparently the organisers have just realised that the celebreties that they have arranged will need lots of zimmerframes,and inhalers. Players told to turn up at 12.45....no joking. No financial recompense for us still though.
This game will be a bit of a washout, methinks...although for the charities involved, I sincerely hope not. The main reasons for this I think are:
1). Man U v Arsenal, live on SKY...
2). County hurling semis...double header...opening of the new Gaelic Grounds.
3). Chronically bad weather forecast.
I'm so full of the good news aren't I???
yea i cant seem many going. most people will be in bars watching man utd v arsenal. they whole way it was organised was a bit of a shambles really.
