The right full was atrocious in the first half, constanly gave away possession, and it was no shock when he was subbed off at half time.
Overall, Limerick were robbed of at least a goal, maybe a point. The Fingal goal was charmed, moreso in the first half. A scramble right after the second goal should have led to a Limerick goal, I still don't know how it didn't go in. In the latter stages of the second half, the Final keeper dived away from a cracking volley, and it hit his glove.
All goals, yellow and red cards tweeted in real time on mastodon, BlueSky and facebook

Go back on to the "Mid-term report" thread and get it all of your chest.

cleary was caught for the second goal too ..caught ball watchin as winger got in behind him. played some good football in first half with walsh our main threat down the right ..had plenty of possession ..and sheehan had 2 great chances. second half seemed to fade abit and was poor in general even though stil better than fingal

2nd goal was the real killer. We had played well in the first half and threatened to equalise. Gary Sheehan wasn't his usual deadly self. Walshie was clearly our best player.

Any faint hope of promotion is now gone but hopefully still finish the season well and build for next season.

Alan came on and added a bit of bite. Jossi couldnt get off work! Fingal are clearly a prem team (not club) playing in the first division. All in free last night and they say they had just under 400, i counted 176...premier quality
