How Monaghan beat the good teams while losing to the likes of Kildare, I'll never know!

What you call cheating i call penalty box hustle. Wouldn't be much in the way of cheating if the keeper does as you've described there.

We have to play Waterford first. If Waterford win, that game isn't as important. Also Dundalk should be beating Wexford before they play us. Then two of the three weeks after that we play Dundalk and Shels. August will decide someones fate.

Shels need a kick up the arse something serious. As has been said time and again, they struggle without Flood.

I'm sure they are asking themselves that too. We used to complain that they only upped their performance against Dundalk. Well i guess they proved us wrong.

Thanks Mons, i'll buy an extra mondog at our next match as a thank you!

Great result for Monaghan - they do seem to have it easy against Shels at home . They have also, if I'm not mistaken, yet to lose at home to any of the top four teams (Dundalk, Waterford, Shels, Fingal) this season.

Not only that but ourselves and Dundalk are the only ones to have taken anything away from there, and we were blessed to get out of it with a 0-0. Impressive record so far.

Not only that but they are becoming solid at home. I dislike Monaghan as much as the next dundalk fan but Mick Cooke really is a good manager and is doing a great job there with little or no funds.
Monaghans budget and aspirations and attendences are small but they are a very well run club.
This is one of the reasons why the AIPL is such a bad idea because there is absolutely no chance then for small teams to survive or even for P1 to think about them.

*feels jinxy's forehead* Cant believe it, you dont have a temperature but you are saying nice things about us?? Oh my god, if only we had known that by beating teams for you that you would love us, we would have done it years ago!!

Its true though Jinxy and from what I have been hearing lately it looks like yourselves and us are the 2 more secure clubs in the league but we dont get a look in when it comes to the AIPL. dammit.

Think there were more Dundalk fans at KCP last night than when Dundalk play!
