    MTK Budapest

I'm going to Budapest in a couple of weeks and MTK Budapest are playing Fenerbahce in the Champions League 2nd QR while I'm there (it's the second leg).. I'm thinking the tie will probably be over by then so hoping to pick up tickets to it, anyone been to their ground before / know how far from the city it is? A google search didn't give me very much in English...

Telephone the club and follow instructions. They should be happy to look after you because you are a visitor and travelling far.
It should just take a fax after the phone call and you can collect the tickets on the day of the game.
The tickets are unlikely to be over-subscribed, but the nice tickets maybe sold out.

    Contact details.

Transport in Budapest is excellent (Bendy-buses, auto-cars, trams, metro, nightbuses), you may have to make a change or two from your accomodation but I would chose accomodation on the actual establishment and not convience to the ground.

A believe they have played in the same place since almost the beginning.

(The large building in the background of the second photo can still be viewed from the pitch, I understand).

    Good luck with the trip.
