Holycross v Caherdavin, (NO RESULT YET)
a lot of people were tipping cals for the league a couple of months back,i think theres a chance they could go back down
With the weather been the worst this year id say,it was a very interesting game.VIEW started straight from the kick off.Pressured MURROE down their right hand side and took the lead with about 20 mins gone. Not long later when Jason Lipper was taken down in the box for a penalty and Seanie Lipper stepped up to put the VIEW 2 up at half time.VIEW went 3 up then after Seanie Lipper scored straight from a corner. The VIEW should have scored at least another 2 after that but the score remained the same til 10 mins to go when MURROE pulled 1 back after a great save from Cossy in goals.A very good result for the VIEW which keeps them right up there with the BORO and MURROE.
surprised by that Holycross are very poor
Score was 1-1.
18 times, and that's a fact.
good result agreed...seany at 42 is playing as well as ever...speed might be gone(had he some to begin with??)but performances are a good.as for great save...the ball was going miles wide.good save i'd say,if the shot was on target, all he succeeded in doing was palm it into the murroe player's pathwho passed to his team mate to bury...not a critisism..he played well enough...but that's exactly what happened
have no axe to grind with him at all.
as i say he played well enough...but that's exactly what happened for the murroe goal.
that's all....a good B team assembled there.
and by all accounts a good turn out for training.
shane fitz may not be everyone's cup of tea but, fairplay too him and the rest of the management..they are getting the results...long may it continue
