Only 2 home matches so far for hill celtic at hogan park, the goalmouth was relayed so the rain is making that a bit soggy, should be a good match under the lights

Can't see many matches going ahead this weekend, the forecast is for more rain tomorrow

    Abbeyvale,
the league table you posted is a little out of date,
I think Pike b posted a more up to date table one or two pages back.

pike will be too strong for shels, think same with the view, coonagh is a must win to get back into the mix for promotion, cals physically too strong for holycross.
There's no such thing as luck. Victories for the underdog are an aberration on the order of the universe - which is why I've had damn few loses in my time

how do you reckon Cals will be more physical??
they have 3-4 tall players,Holycross would be way more physical IMO
saying that i think Cals will win

No our game goes ahead as planned.

    Tonight's Friendly
    Hill Celtic 1-1 Pike B
Not a very good game this, the pitch was soggy and neither team played great football. We were full strength bar 2 players and went 1 up with ten to go through the only real good move we created. Jonathon Mc Carthy with the easy task of tapping in from 5 yards. Hill Celtic were awarded a free on the edge of our box with two minutes left. Anthony Mc Cormac made our keeper touch it over and from the resultant corner they bundled the ball over. On the night a draw was about fair. Good work out for both teams. Thanks a million to the Hill Celtic lads.

Agreed the pitch was very soggy players were slipping alot, very bad conditions for a match and the lighting at the stand side of the field was not ideal.
