There's no such thing as luck. Victories for the underdog are an aberration on the order of the universe - which is why I've had damn few loses in my time

I'm expecting Park to now kick on and string a few wins together to move up the table

    Fairview B 3-1 Murroe

With the weather been the worst this year id say,it was a very interesting game.VIEW started straight from the kick off.Pressured MURROE down their right hand side and took the lead with about 20 mins gone. Not long later when Jason Lipper was taken down in the box for a penalty and Seanie Lipper stepped up to put the VIEW 2 up at half time.VIEW went 3 up then after Seanie Lipper scored straight from a corner. The VIEW should have scored at least another 2 after that but the score remained the same til 10 mins to go when MURROE pulled 1 back after a great save from Cossy in goals.A very good result for the VIEW which keeps them right up there with the BORO and MURROE.

good result agreed...seany at 42 is playing as well as ever...speed might be gone(had he some to begin with??)but performances are a good.as for great save...the ball was going miles wide.good save i'd say,if the shot was on target, all he succeeded in doing was palm it into the murroe player's pathwho passed to his team mate to bury...not a critisism..he played well enough...but that's exactly what happened

    that's all....a good B team assembled there.
and by all accounts a good turn out for training.
shane fitz may not be everyone's cup of tea but, fairplay too him and the rest of the management..they are getting the results...long may it continue

it's early days yet. there'll be a few surprising results that'll change everything. opportunity missed for caherdavin yesterday, 2 points dropped. holycross have to be favourites to go down

maybe they are going to do the oposite to last season where they were streets ahead only to fall off at the end. They could be still a good bet if you could get it , would be worth a tenner !!

The keeper pushed the shot on to the post so how was it miles wide then.

bit hasty don't ya think?! still only won 2 matches!!! it'd be some achievement if they did go up. they'd nearly have to go the rest of the season unbeaten. if i was betting man i'd throw a tenner on knockainey
