think we will get off the mark this sunday
There's no such thing as luck. Victories for the underdog are an aberration on the order of the universe - which is why I've had damn few loses in my time
We've made another three new signings this week. Two lads training and one more to join us next week. Both lads I've seen look like being solid additions and will compete for starting places. We needed to add a few having lost a couple of players to injury.
Looking forward to playing Bruff Sunday, should be a good game. They are unbeaten and hopefully we can do something about that..
A lot of you lads predicting a win for us, I hope we can oblige..

holycross are definitely due a good result and i think they might snatch one on sunday. the boro have had a great start but they were soundly beaten by coonagh who aren't exactly setting the division alight. murroe are doing well with 3 wins and their defence is decent
"It's not about winning, it's taking people apart that counts"
Lads, what matches are called off today??
Pike 4 - 1 Bruff
Coffey 2(1 Pen),Barry Lipper(confusion over this) and David Smith on the stroke of full time.Pike were 3-0 up at half time. Good win.
Coonagh v Murroe was off.
18 times, and that's a fact.
Boro B 3-1 Holycross
Edward O'Donovan and 2 from Joey Sheehan
hard to single anyone out this morning as all 11 played well
Was up at the Cals v Caherdavin game. Cals won 3-0. They were by far the better side in the first half and led 2-0 at the break. Caherdavin came into it more in the second half without really creating chances and Cals got their third on the break right at the end.
Dunno about them being like a NBA team though. They have 3 or 4 tall players but best player on the pitch was probably the smallest player on the park. Played in midfield.

Wasn't at the Boro/Cross game today but heard the Cross played v well, still another loss though.
Knockainey say they could easily have lost today but also had 1 or 2 chances to take the points.
Surprised at the Bruff/Pike result, well done Pike. Bruff playing in the Intermediate County Hurling final today, suspect missing a few regulars.
