    You of course.

It truth you did well along with the lad up front (Shane I think), Arthur and the back four looked solid. Ye have good pace going forward which I always like but I thought ye tired a little in the last 10 minutes but thats half expected in the first game of the season. That will improve with games.

Might as well answer the next question too...big improvement on last season so hopefully ye keep it going. Played good football which is always good to see. Not everyone does.

    Your too kind sir.
If I didn't know better I'd think you were trying to sweeten me up before the game Saturday!!

Just on those fixtures, your start is pretty tough. Away to Bruff tom night then us Sat, then away to Fairview next Tues. Nasty.

Tough start alright but Bruff game is in Coonagh because their pitch is out of service. Not that it will make much difference. No easy games in this division.

Well they were 1up on Cals before ref got injured. They will be very tough I reckon.

Oh it actually started? What a pain the ass. Has happened us a couple times down the years and while frustrating you cant help but have a giggle.

Young guy up front was tasty and it's good ye have Robert Sheedy back. He is solid. You did well also. Thought the nugget was going to clinch it with his first touch. Park are decent also, their new centre back was badly needed and as already been said, Scholes was excellent. I feel we'll be relegated with the way teams have started 10/1 from evens for the title and Larry White favourite in the sack race On another topic, did anyone see Jimmy Clancy on Nationwide last night?

I missed it but got a call from our Galway midfielder to say he was at the baton world championships in UL. You know Jimmy, he could pop up anywhere.

There's no such thing as luck. Victories for the underdog are an aberration on the order of the universe - which is why I've had damn few loses in my time
