Thumbs up Ideal Team in my opinion

    Devine

Alan Carey Coughlan O Rourke Horgan

    Tynan O Grady Flanagan Cahill

    Mulligan Flynn

Even with the above tynan and O flynn could easily be swapped. Flanagan is a bit suspect but who else is there Herrick! I dont think so. No room for Morley , Napier (which is a pity but it is hard to fit him in defence , the only one he could replace is coughlan, who although hoofs away everyting in sight he is still solid in the air.( If only someone could coach him he would be an unbelievable player)

    Agreed Cityx

Good team, except I'd definitely have Napier in instead of Coughlan.

    Lightbulb But.........

i'd have Napier for O'Rourke (been dodgy lately) & Bennet (showing impressive form) for Tynan (too light weigh for pats hackers & his small feet would get stuck in the high grass at the X).

Kelvin in his old right/centre midfield role!

O'Flynn has to be given a run in the team. Not overlly impressive so far but he needs time.

O rourke has been outstanding, Bennet is absolutely hopeless, he runs around like a headless chicken , dosnt create anything and has sweet f A skill, Tynan is an outstanding player has brillant skill, and can create chance upon chance, did tynan not sign an autograph for you or what rebel as you seem to dislike the most skillful player we have. I agree with you about Napier being in the side but he should replace Coughlan if anyone. Anyway thats just my opinion and everyone had the same opinions we woulldnt need this forum.

Okay maybe I was a bit harsh on Bennett, I retract what i said about him being hopeless, but he not the graetest to grace the pitch. Hes a worker but dosnt posess a lot of skill or create much thats all im saying. I think there is better players then him on the squad.

    Bennet

    Cityx,

    O'Rourke,
Anyone at Bray could see he had a shocker & was lost in the back 3! Against Dundalk they were all as bad as each other!

    Bennet,
At Bray had a great game for a guy just back from holidays. I don't know about you but i'm not up for doing much when returning from holidays He was no worse than anyone else against Dundalk. BTW hes played 2 league games EVER.

    Tynan,
Yes hes skillful but if hes so skillful why didn't he play much last season? What position should he play at? I'm not saying he ain't good i'm just not jumping on the bandwagon like all the kids last year........

Why pick him out so if ervyone was as bad as each other!

Dosnt say much for the rest of the team or if you cant say anything positive about his game.

As far as i know was injured for most of the season and why he didnt play, that question only Murphy can answer. From the reports on the off topic section he scored a lot while with the Irish college team in japan. Surely he can only be an asset if he is scoring like that while he is not even getting regular football for City . Imagine if he was playing all the time. Murphy should be shot for not developing raw talent like that. Just goes to show what a wan.k.er he is.
