Absolutely pathetic performance and totally outplayed and utterly useless.
I was embarassed by the team on friday nite and embarassed for the players. Committee out - now.
We are sick of the club putting on the poor mouth and doing nothing about it - they are whingers and idiots and should be forcibly removed from the club.

Yawn! Don't be so predictable! We didn't lose because of John Whyte or Ciaran Foley on Friday. At least they put in the effort. We lost because players like Keating, Sweeney, O'Mahony and especially McCarthy put in error-strewn, unconvincing perfromances. Keating played more bad passes in that one match than he has season, Brendan Sweeney left the man go for the shot that led to the first goal. O'Mahony played Athlone onside all night and didn't even feel up to playing but had no choice in the matter and McCarthy looked as though he couldn't hold his breath never mind the ball. It was one of those days when too many of our good players didn't perform, a lá Finn Harps at home last season, and that's why we lost.
