    SLR Film Cameras

Folks I need to buy some SLR film cameras ...as in proper manual function cameras -but not happy snappers. Something like this baby ...but they don't need to be antique.

They're needed for educational purposes and the less automation they have the better. Anyone out there got any suggestions on stockists, 2nd hand places, anything? It has to be a shop/dealership. I can't go the ebay route.

If you're anywhere near Cash Converters in Cork in the near future Lionel they usually have (or had at least) a decent selection of old Sigma cameras in there, don't think the Limerick Cash Converters offer much choice however. I usually steer well clear of E Bay but I've picked up some quality old cameras from there, including a Yashica TLR medium format that has turned into my baby, a Holga (before high street stores starting selling them) and a very nice polaroid with film (get it while it's there people), so I'd very much advocate looking into E Bay for all your photography needs

Sorry had to put up a pic of my TLR

I have a fine Canon A1 (not the poorer cousin, the AE1) with additional zoom, filters etc. but haven't used it in years. PMO and, at this stage, I'm unlikely to use it again. Let me know what you think
