I was absolutely amazed to see that Kenny Browne didn't
make that list. He is the best defender in the First Division
by a mile and is a very good Premier Division defender, and
is well capable of playing in England.
Homegrown Stars - Gareth Maher takes a look at some of the league's most exciting young talents.
One of the most encouraging developments in League of Ireland football recently has been the progression made by a host of talented youngsters. The BEST night of my life. B.T.I.D.
From what ive seen of Coleman, albeit on MNS, he seems the real deal and Sligo look like they'll be doing well to hang on to him!
As a Dundalk fan i'm not surprised to see Tiarnan Mulvenna on it, hes grasped his chances this season and is without a doubt one of the most exciting prospects in the league. 5 goals this season, even though hes been used sparingly, and you can bet there wil be more to come from him, defenders cant handle his pace!, we may struggle to hold on to him aswell.
Més Que Un Club - More than a Club
Very surprised by our selection. I think most others would agree that John Russell is probably our best player and since he's only 21/22 you'd think he would be young enough to include in this
At any rate Vinny has improved a lot over the past few months, he still needs to add a few more goals though having only scored two since last July albeit both in the past six or seven games!
There's the right way, the wrong way.... and the Max Power way!! :-D
