    Celtics v Lakers NBA Finals

Not too much into Basketball, but I'll watch this series. First time for the Celtics in about twenty years. Hope it's like the good old days of the Bird/Johnson variety.
Did you ever notice that in every painting of Adam & Eve, they have belly buttons. Think about that...take as long as you want.

Anyone know where we can watch this? i have Sky Digital with all the usual channels, but doesn't seem to be advertised on any. Five are showing it in the UK. Any idea how to add this to my "Other Channels" section?

    See FAQ it is £20 for a card only - call +44 8448 244 400

however you must have a UK address to receive the card.

All games will start at 2.05am Irish time. Absolutely gutted that it looks like I won't be able to see them. American news channels will have a news report - that's about all that's gonna be on. Internet at my house is far too slow to be watching them on.

Great game last night. Celtics rally from a 24 point deficit to beat the Lakers 97-91 and take a 3-1 lead in the series. Game 5 is in Boston on Sunday, where the Celtics hope to close it out in front of the home crowd. Turning point in the game for me was when Boston moved Pierce to guard Bryant. Threw the Lakers completely out of rhythm.

unbelievable game and Pierce said afterwards that it was his call to mark Bryant, he wanted to make him work for his shots. Worked a treat. Classic NBA game. The Celtics took the lead for the first time with 4mins left in the fourth - incredible stuff.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

Congrats to the Celtics, winning it at home in style last night

Boston is some place to be a sports fan at the moment, Celtics win the pennant, Red Sox are World Series Champions
All goals, yellow and red cards tweeted in real time on mastodon, BlueSky and facebook

Yeah, well done to the Celtics. They just bitch slapped the Lakers last night. Fully deserved.

Just watched the highlights on www.celtics.com thrilled for Paul Pierce getting MVP. I was a regular at The Garden in 2001 when the Celtics narrowly missed out on the playoffs. Pierce was immense, glad he finally realised his potential. He's gone down in Celtics history now with Bird, Havelicek, Russell, Cousy etc.
