    Boring Longford

Do Longford still play that painfully boring offside trap and long ball game that yee played for 90 minutes down in the RSC. Was thinking about travelling on Saturday but if your still at th
    at crap forget about it.

Unfortunately, we still play that sh!t offside trap. It cost us the win against Pat's on Saturday. Since we played yee the last time though, we have started to play football on the ground.

ye were very lucky to get anything out of that game in RSC, but if your coming to see a team it might as well be Longford because McGeogh has you thinking weird and wonderful thoughts which won't sustain your challenge, we should get a win...

Yea yea yea we have been hereing that all season. We are now almost half way through the season and very few people are still giving Jimmy any recognition. Thats suits us fine though. We will just keep on winning.

Sat will see the most exciting team in the league play the most boring. The Blues have conceded the most goals, scored the most goals and drawn the least number of games. Longford on the other play offside. Hmmmmm which team would you rather watch week in week out

We see Sat's game as a soft 3 points agaisnt a poor team

    Table

    Shelbourne 15 7 7 1 23 11 12 28
    Waterford Utd 16 7 4 5 24 30 -6 25
    Cork City 15 5 6 4 21 15 6 21
    St Patrick's Ath 16 4 9 3 24 20 4 21
    Shamrock Rov 14 5 5 4 17 14 3 20
    Longford Town 16 4 8 4 22 24 -2 20
    Drogheda Utd 16 5 4 7 18 21 -3 19
    Bohemians 13 4 6 3 20 15 5 18
    Derry City 15 4 4 7 17 25 -8 16
    UCD 16 2 5 9 10 21 -11 11

Take a look at that Table... If we beat ye we're two points a drift of you... like it or not 2~3 bad results for anyone could have them struggling, because a bad run for one will evidently benefit one or two of your immediate neighbours in the table... the more I look at it, our 5th place last year was a great result and I'd take the same again...

not my point, if youse think your running away with second place your wrong, three defeats to the right sides and your back down grovelling with us, Drogs, Derry and UCD... As for you far more superior att, it will come down...

Take it you enjoyed the trip, seeing 3 shots all night by your exciting team, as opposed to the boring Longford side that ran the show start to finish...
