Conor Nangle, I think (can't remember his first name, even though Maccer told me...) No other info though.

Thats unfortunate for Cobh. The original legaue match was the same weekend as the Munster Senior Cup Final so I thought it was a naturally postponement. Handy we for Cork.

Today's game was cancelled, presumably because of the rain.

We beat Tullamore 8-0 over the weekend.

    Anyone know the team/scorers?

    What were the other results?

John Reilly and John O'Neill both got hat tricks. Can't remember who else.

    Harding and Bolger.

Galway won 2-1 in Cobh. Lims v Pat's was off, and I've heard nothing from Bray v Cork.

I counted 8 goals in the report. O'Neill's second and third are in the same sentence near the bottom of the first page. They have Keith Ward scoring rather than Harding too.

I've only noticed we are due to play Cork City away (Bishopstown) the same weekend as the Friday 26/09/08 game at Turner's Cross.

Might pop along to that so!

Wonder will the A Team support the senior team?

Anyways, league table as I make it at the half-way stage (two games postponed) -

    Code:
    Team	P	W	D	L	F	A	GD	Pts	Max Pts
    UCD	6	4	1	1	23	6	17	13	37
    St Pats	6	3	2	1	9	3	6	11	35
    Bray	7	3	2	2	15	12	3	11	32
    Cork	7	3	1	3	12	6	6	10	31
    Galway	6	3	1	2	8	7	1	10	34
    Cobh	7	3	1	3	10	16	-6	10	31
    Lims	6	1	1	4	6	11	-5	4	28
    T'more	7	1	1	5	6	28	-22	4	25
    Scorers -
    7 - Darren Forsyth
    4 - John O'Neill
    3 - John Reilly
    2 - Ger O'Callaghan, Timmy Purcell
1 - Billy Brennan, Conor Nangle, Evan McMillan, Greg Bolger, Mick Kelly, Mick Leahy, Paul Byrne, Seán Harding, Stan Rojack

Don't know who scored in the 2-0 Shield win over Bray.

Drew 1-1 against Bray; Billy Brennan got a 92nd minute peno.

Pat's beat Cobh 2-0 to draw level with us at the top. Galway beat Tullamore 4-0 and Cork beat Limerick 3-1 (our defeat in Limerick is looking more and more incredible as the weeks go by!). Is it top four get through? Can't see Cork lasting the pace if their first-teamers are all leaving; important to beat Galway in our game in hand.

    Code:
    Team	P	W	D	L	F	A	GD	Pts	Max Pts
    UCD	7	4	2	1	24	7	17	14	35
    St Pats	7	4	2	1	11	3	8	14	35
    Bray	8	3	3	2	16	13	3	12	30
    Cork	8	4	1	3	15	7	8	13	31
    Galway	7	4	1	2	12	7	5	13	34
    Cobh	8	3	1	4	10	18	-8	10	28
    Lims	7	1	1	5	7	14	-7	4	25
    T'more	8	1	1	6	6	32	-26	4	22
    Scorers -
    7 - Darren Forsyth
    4 - John O'Neill
    3 - John Reilly
2 - Billy Brennan, Ger O'Callaghan, Timmy Purcell
1 - Conor Nangle, Evan McMillan, Greg Bolger, Mick Kelly, Mick Leahy, Paul Byrne, Seán Harding, Stan Rojack

You can review the converstion on the FIRST page of this thread. It was a converstation you participated in.
Also, you may do the Maths on the amount of fixture dates left.

    My, you're a narky hoor.

Drew 1-1 in Galway today. Brian King scored in the 94th minute. A team having the luck the seniors need in the last couple of weeks. Pat's beat Tullamore 4-0.
