    for the past few season the points needed to stay up would equal the amount of games played e.g. 33 games played, 33 ponts would have kept you safe. Because There is 3 going down this season I would say you woud have to maybe add on 8 to 10 point to that .

    I don't think any of the bottom four are remotely good enough to get 40 points.
