Calalghan is a better defender than Holmes. Holmes in my opinion is too slow. Both are equally comfortable on the ball. In the games I've seen of Callaghan he's been our best defender. Something up behind the scenes I reckon for him not to make the bench as last night again.
As Irishmen we dilute our sense of nation by depending on the English to bring us our balls

He has a foot injury atm, thats why he wasnt involved. Holmes is a good player, Callaghan isnt a natural LB, Hargy is getting on and Holmes would be a good replacement

Pat's supposed to be interested in some bloke called Ernest Konon from second division Tienen in Belgium.

Tim Mouncey has turned down a contract offer at Linfield and is probably off to the eL. Drogheda were after him some time ago but Bohs are thought to be the keener this time.

Did he? My info (only in the past day or two) was that he was going to Lisburn or the eL, never heard Portadown mentioned. He's a crock anyway.

I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
