He'll be fine for you though as he should be well able for Division 1 next season.Originally posted by dcfc89

Have Boot Disk, will travel
To be fair to the guy, he is a centre back and he was played on the left wing for us.
He did not make a great impression to be honest, though his last game for us against Waterford had been his best game. I didn't think very much of him, but if he was played in the correct position he may be decent enough.
Thanks for the effort Robbie, good luck with Derry.
Ya best of luck robbie......never got a chance at the back really so i still cant make a fair judgment on him..He is definitely not winger though...
Ahem....game plan ???Originally posted by corkcityfan1

When Cobh ran at them with the ball, Hutton, in particular, and the left back looked in real trouble. Doyler if he is fit and on his game will burn either of them.
The CCFC game plan hasn't been hoof it for a long time. Or have you been asleep for the last 2 years.
I'm gonna take a blow torch to everyone who writes "any info on......." on the desks in the ucc library.

more like you've been asleep for the last two months ccfctid. we have to players to keep it on the ground, but that's not how we're playing it. although hedderman leaving means that we now lack a left winger whose strong in the air (i wonder why we needed one of those....oh yeah, hoofing!Originally posted by ccfc till i die

Mc Callion WAS the left back last night!
It's obviously not his position but with a lot of midweek games including our Euro trip in two weeks time a few players couldn't get time of work for the Cobh game.
Sean Hargan our left back should be down for the Cork game and with Gary Beckett there as well as at least two of our new signings then maybe we might give you some kind of game just like we done in the semi-final last season when you's were on here making plans for the final in Dublin![]()

Pretty certain he played in the centre.
Of course you know him a lot better than I do...![]()
Maybe Pats used to be hoof merchants under Dolan but I don't think it could be applied to our tactics. Sure we hoof sometimes but so do all teams.Originally posted by tiktok
