Just for your information, he was asked by 3 of the top 4 clubs in town to sign with them at the start of the season, and could easily have moved on, but stayed with us.
Bottom line is, HE IS GOOD ENOUGH for any side in town, and there are actually decent players outside of the top half of the table, if you bothered to notice
1 player can't make a team good....He is signed with star and they have to make do with the players that have signed and try get results with that team..Just because they have one good player means that they shouldn't be bottom of the league is it??Think before u type hoops!...And i agree that he would get into any of the top 4 teams.....
But what do i know ..we are only in 4th last place!!!
"And i agree that he would get into any of the top 4 teams....."
I wouldnt be too sure about that. Pa was offered to play with Boro, among others numerous times.
Fine player
my only quim is we all know pat barry is a class player, and would command a place in any prem team in town. why oh why is this guy never in the oscar trainer team..........?????????????
Pat Sheehan should send a form to each premier team, one for each player to fill out a team of the season. That would be better than them guessing or going by match reports.
I remember a few years ago Pat Sheehan did a fantasy football type of thing with the premier league. It was class must have taken alot of work though.
What about a players player of the season award? Similar to that in the prem! That would be a good idea I think? may even boost interest in the game. People will always try harder to impress when there's praise involved!
You're a walking mountain of trype, the bull you sprout on this site about star, who cares about star anyway!
look the bottom line is Pa is a very good player but wether he'd get a game with balla or pike is another thing, the only way for him to find out is for him to go to one of the big clubs and see how he gets on.
