What do ye think lads? Its a must win now anyway. Sligos record against us over the last few games has been great. And they are a side who can play a game of ball. Gamble out for this one along with Danny.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

I'm fairly confident we can get a result , Like you said our record is pretty decent over the last year or two and we are on a good run of form , I would say 1-1

Sligo lost in penos last night so they might be spoiling for a win. This has to be a good performance from City and it has to be a win.

Rovers picked up some injuries in the League cup game against Galway.

Anto Murphy, whos been something of a revelation in the centre of midfield cryed off on Tuesday night. Peers didn't play (Hamstring), hopefully he'll be good for Friday.

Foyzer should be match fit after his run out in the cup

Looking forward to this. Although can't see us get anything from the game if Boco, Murphy and Peers are out.
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.

Worst referreeing performance I've ever seen at the Cross last night.
    And there's been many.
Dick Brush simply fumbled the ball.
    A perfect goal.
About 7 too many yellow cards.
A certain penalty for Sligo resulting in the striker being sent off for his second yellow for diving.
the second sending off stopped the game though the victim of it was through on goal.

    Anyway, good result.
Goal was a great strike and the centre-back problem may have been solved.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

Pat Sullivan MOTM? Says alot. Thought he was average at best, but then, because he is a Mathews signing and is in for Lordan he must have been brilliant get a fuccking grip.

Awful game, awful ref, but hurrah for 3 points.

Oh my god, were you even at the game? Sullivan has sorted our defence problem

My God, yes I was. Sorted our defense problem? He was no better and no worse than Lordan against a Sligo side who came for a draw.

But I suppose our managers mediocrity mentality is seeping through to the fans now.
