    U23 Squad

    good to see Gutsy make the U23 squad, they have a Seamus Coleman from Ramblers down aswell, is that a typo

    There is no player more deserving of a position in that squad than Shane Guthrie. Maybe Seamus Coleman but definetley Gutsie is one of the best in the league.

    Gutsie started and finished the game. Fair play to him. Ireland won 1-0 with Stephen Rice getting the winner in the last minute.

    The game was watched by Trap and Tardelli. Guts was joined in the centre of defence by Darren Murphy for the last 20 minutes, should guarantee at least one of them a call-up for the next full Ireland squad.
