Roy Keane has a winner's medal, and I'm pretty sure Darren Potter has one as well, he played in a few games in the group stages that seasonFinnan follows in the footsteps of Shay Brennan, Tony Dunne, Steve Heighway, Mark Lawrenson, Ronnie Whelan, Michael Robinson, Jim Beglin and Denis Irwin, all of whom won the Champions League.
He was given one alright, I heard he gave it away too. Whether that counts as him winning it or not I don't know, technically he didn't win it (although obviously he deserved one). Don't think Potter was in the starting 16 so he didn't win one, doubt Liverpool got one for him too
The squads for the final stages are named in March.
In 1999 United had alot of injuries and named Kevin Grogan in their squad. He never played a game but he received a CL medal.
Grogan suffered injuries and returned to play for UCD.

5 world cup final captains played together in the same club team, who were they and what was the club?
