    A Championship v Cork City on Saturday

    Cork City's reserve side will take on Cobh Ramblers in the A Championship Shield this coming Saturday. The game will take place in Blarney, with kick off at 5 pm.

    Played good enough but it took them 20 mins to get into the game and by that time they were already after conceding.
    first city goal was controversial;the lino had his flag up for offside but graham kelly overruled him even though kelly was in a very bad position on the pitch to make the call.
    Ramblers had a few quality players on the pitch but one that really stood out was a fella mcbride.played up front and was good at holding up the ball,had a good shot and had a few tricks up his sleeve too..
