    Weekend Events 25th - 27th April

Two items to list for ye below and both will appeal to most of you.

After the UCD game on Friday night there will be a Budweiser promostion in the Club House. Tickets will be handed out after the game to enable people to get FREE pints.

On Saturday between 1-5 PM, Ramblers and the FAI will be holding a 'Superstars Soccer Challenge' at the Market Green Shopping Centre in Midleton. For those of you familiar with Soccer AM then the concept is the same and for those of you not then, you get three balls (footballs) and you attempt to kick the three footballs through the 'hole' in the inflatable goals. 3 balls though the hole and you get to qualify. Overall winner on the day will represent the club in the Munster final with the winner of that going through to the National Final which takes place on the morning of the FAI Cup Final. Prize for the winner is a VIP trip to Italy for the WC qualifier against Ireland.

    Sounds good

A certain premiership match is taking priority on Saturday so I won't be going near Midleton.

Don't understand why it's not on in Garvey's or Keatings??????

jesus lads its only 15 minutes by car not 3 hours away, its good that promotion is being done outside of the town as we need to be drawing support from east cork and midleton is a big town.well done to all involved

totally right club have pandered to the cobh bar stoolers too long if they are not coming to games now they never will, time to try and tempt people from midleton, carrigtohill etc , market green is one of the busiest shopping centres in cork county, it was a stroke of genius to have event there

thats what it is all about, i think someone did a thing on rams attendances as opposed to cork city attendances and it showed that we had a higher % when compared to our population(think don ramo or depor) so we need to broaden our horizons in terms of getting in more people at games because TBH the level of support for rovers game was shocking.
