7 games in, 6 points, 13 goals conceeded so far, outclassed by two of the big hitters (Cork & St. Pats), competing well against two others (Bohs and Derry) and yet still, barely, outside those relegation spots... things looked great with 2 wins in 3 but none in 4 has dampened my optomism.
Some big games to be played against Galway/Sligo/Bray/Cobh... it's going to be a nerve-wrecking season but sure who would want for mid-table obscurity?![]()
One good thing about Harps is the willingness to attack, and at times look ok going forward. Overall ye didn't look great at times, poor even but nearly caught us a few times beating the offside trap. Need to get more organised but ye move it around fairly well when you have possession. I think you will score goals this year but you'll be leaving in a few as well. Your midfield is good, break up play fairly well and good at supplying to forwards and thats always good in search for goals.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
