Don't worry - your not the bearer of bad tidings.
We were told of this last Saturday at the Kilkenny game. What was this unnamed person doing signing the forms as he has officially resigned since the 12th of July?
I hate to be the bearer of gloomy tidings all the time, but this one smacks of the gross incompetence that has us in the sorry state we're in.
Apparently we were all set to sign Ross Cosgrave, Waterford sorted out his registration etc, but the only stumbling block was that our secretary was on holidays. To try and speed this up, 'SOMEONE' who I'll refer to as nameless because my candidness has offended some on this board, rang the FAI, and asked would it be okay for him to sign the transfer form in Noel Hanleys place. He got the go ahead, but get this, he then proceeded to witness the signing of the form HIMSELF!!! Not only is this illegal, its plain downright stupid! Needless to say, the registration boys at the EL rendered the form useless, and we now have to go through some stupid procedures that mean Cosgrave can't sign for us for another two weeks. At a time when our player pool is dwindling, we need as many players we can get. It's really a blessing that we are performing so well on the pitch....there could be total anarchy otherwise!!

Couldn't agree with you more!!!
If he is gone from the club as he proclaims, then why is he active in club affairs...and making a right bo**ix of them as well?
That said it is really hilarious if you take a step outside and look in.
We should approach Kirsty's Home Videos to do a comedy expose on the club!!![]()
