The LWC is broke but will as always do its best.

Well Dave ryan (Goalkeeper) is suspended.

Pat Purcell is still out and Derek McCarthy will be back.

Wayne Colbert to face late fitness test but he should be okay to comeback.

Mr Fish got invited but has declined the invite, id rather be with 'my people' pre-match.

    Limerick 37 1-2 Dundalk

    April 18, 2008

Dundalk survived a last-minute penalty miss by Limerick forward Tommy Barrett to take their fifth win of the season at Jackman Park on Friday night.

The Lilywhites looked to be on course for a comfortable evening on Shannonside when a deflected Jamie Duffy effort added to David Crawley’s first half penalty.

But Barrett pulled one back with a header on 55 minutes and was presented with the perfect opportunity to salvage a point in injury time.

However, the striker blazed his kick over the bar to gift victory to the First Division leaders.

    Gutted

To be fair Dundalk were the better team but the manner of their goals and our missed peno makes it worse.

    Fairly pi$$ed off now.

Was the attendance announced last night didnt hear it if it was, anyone know what it was.

They out muscled us everywhere, our formation in the first half was cack, much better in the second half and thought we deserved the draw. A fully fit team and we can beat anyone in this division...................God I sound wat too optimistic after a defeat
