if connor got the job your situation would probably become more desparate as the first thing he will say is that he needs a huge capital injection to improve the squad and then complain incessantly.....he got us out of the first div but that was his level i think!

On the plus side he could get his 'best' pal mick mccarthy to bring wolves over to help with a fund raiser - personally i miss seanie not being involved in the EL!

He won't take a job with a court case ongoing anyway.

think we just couldn't hear the derry fans singing because they were far away from us, doubt they heard us, thats always the case, we were very good on friday though probably the best so far this season.

From what i read in the indo today you couldnt afford Connor - 100k plus ex's?

Anyway in my new found positivity derived from a scoreless draw at the brandywell at the W/E i think we will win this game 5 -1!

Being realistic i would predict a narrow victory for Sligo. We are rarely hammered but we rarely score either so 1-0 or 2-1.

I dont see Paul Cook playing a strong team as usual for this one and this maybe an oppurtunity for Steve Feeney to start so hers my team to play galway and Paul Cook may only put Faz on the bench because ,aybe hes not ready for 9 minutes on the pitch

    Brush
    Coleman Butler Peers Almeida
    Anto O Grady/Ventre Feeney Raff
    Boco Judge

plus the squad you have out there is pretty much our best team, just swap Butler and Mauro!

I think I'd manage 9 minutes on the pitch myself.

faz is definitely starting on the bench and cook said he'll bring him on as soon as he can

no mention of raf's injury anywhere. did any1 hear how his scan went?
