to be fair to john meade now this is the third game out of 3 youve said he's "been in players pockets", im not having it. He might have been this weekend but im getting the feeling your being overly critical to him this season to be fair.

a win against rovers and i think we will stay up. then theres the game away to pats who are on fire. 3 points from the next 2 games would be good. there is no doubt about it, we must beat harps twice, ucd, galway, and bray if we are to stay up.

    Have I? I didn't realise that.
I think John has been great this year, he was poor up in Harps and all he couldn't do up in Sligo was get past Coleman. But other than that I thought he's been fine.

"been in players pockets" is a common football term so don't get worked up bella. I'm a John fan, and I always have been and always will.

Fair enough he wasn't like that last week but he was like that the week before and then vs Galway he was good and vs Harps he was erratic too.

He's not consistent and seems to be a closet striker. He'll take any chance he can get to go outside the box like.

He needs to beef up and somehow get a bit taller then I have every confidence that he will become the best keeper in the league. Also need to work on his kicking. He had a few daisycutters up in Sligo that he just about got away with.
If he had his own designated goalkeeping coach then i'm sure the above is possible.

get abit taller , i heard he is found hanging by his feet from the dressing room door every thursday night

We didn't get it.

If we don't get that first win soon it's going to be a long season unfortunately IMO Don't like to paint a doom and gloom scenario but it needs to happen quickly now.

yeah? he is prob one of the best in the league on his day but theres just a degree of risk with him he loses his head sometimes. im a fan of his and after watching MNS i dont think he did much wrong for the goals.

Hardly slamming him. All I said was that he couldn't get past Seamus Coleman. Go back and re-read the posts and you'll see I said he defended well.

You do realise that from time to time players plays bad?
It will be highlighted by any of us if one does. Your new so realise that it's not all positive stuff on here sometimes the negative has to be discussed too.

Just relax and read the posts properley rather than read one and come out all guns blazing. You see to be targeting my posts and this latest attack is unfair because all I said was he couldn't get past a player!!!!
