just wondering what state the pitch is in. the all ireland senior schools final is supposed to be there and wondering are we gonna turn up to a pitch which is overgrown and not playable.

since for the semi final we had to play on astro.

any help appreciated

Pitch and grounds are still very well maintained

Who owns and operates Buckley Park these days? It's still a shame there's no LOI team there anymore, it was a lovely ground and city to visit.

aint it the Kilkenny FA? I am pretty sure the local Kilkenny side Evergreen play there now!

I know the KDL has used it for Gaynor Cup, etc...just not sure if they own or lease it!
Also, good to hear a local side at least is using it regularly. It's a lovely little ground.
