Tonights Latest- Friday March 28th 2008

Just received word via the text update that the Kildare County V Magic Mons game is off due to an unplayable pitch which is a surprise because the pitch has excellent drainage.

You're assuming the pitch is just waterlogged. Maybe it's been stolen.

    Or eaten by Pat Dolan.

Well Pat Dolan was responsible for the great jaffa cake and jelly bean famine of the 2007 season,. The man raided the Kildare County dressing room just at the end of half time never seen a man run so fast with the whole plate to the away team dug out seriously he did.

BUT the real reason is God came to me in a dream last night and told me to build an arch, that there was a **** load of rain coming, cos the FAI had gone and ****ed him off. Better load two thororughbreds, can't be going the way of the unicorns.......... maybe the pink panther from wexford youths as well........couldn't be arsed with Finn Harps fans though

Either type of season has to contain the month of March. You're trading December, January and February for June, July and August. Worst weather months for the best. If games happen to be called off in March or November that's not an indictment of the summer season.

Ref sent Ramsay off. According to Hand it was not even a yellow. Looks likes Bohs are paying the referees off this season again

Harps were well on top too!

    Anyone know Harps' formation

    Hegarty sent off too

Emailed em about it - and had a response back off the excellent Con Murphy.

Aparently they're not in the usual studio tonight - so are trying to sort the problem out.
