On front page that egends of Liverpool and Man Utd could be coming in May - mentions Aldridge, Molby, Wark, Kennedy, Stapleton, Irwin, Blackmore.
That should be a sell-out, fair play to Nick and the gang
I'm told that todays City Tribune will include details of a major fundraising event to be held in Terryland Park in May.

"Homer Simpson, smiling politely."
They are taking in Tolka and Turners Cross as well Should be a big moneyspinner. Good to see United getting a fair share of big events.

Soccer fans in the city are in line for a treat in May if ambitious plans to stage a game between some of the ‘legends’ of Manchester United and Liverpool at Terryland Park are realised.
The Galway City Tribune can exclusively reveal that negotiations are taking place to bring the game — which would feature the likes of Denis Irwin, John Aldridge, Frank Stapleton, Bruce Grobbelaar, Jan Molby, Clayton Blackmore, John Wark and Alan Kennedy — to Terryland in late May.
A Belfast-based company called growsport.com is staging a series of games between the two squads at a number of venues in Northern Ireland in July, and the Galway City Tribune understands efforts are being made to bring the ‘tour’ this side of the Border before that.
It is understood the FAI has given its necessary approval for the game in Galway, as well as two other locations around the country — believed to be Turners Cross in Cork and either Tolka Park or Dalymount Park in Dublin — and it is now a matter of finalising the deal with other parties.
According to its website, former Republic of Ireland and Liverpool great John Aldridge is an ‘ambassador’ with growsport.com, and it is believed he is anxious to bring the tour to this country as well.
Ray Houghton will be one of the pundits in the commentary box ....won't he?
" I'll go right up to here,
it can't possibly hurt.
All they will find is my
beer and my shirt."
What's the craic Harpo?
